At Online Quran Hub, we offer a full refund of the tuition fees for our Online Quran Learning program if a student decides to withdraw before the start of the month. However, once classes are confirmed, or if the student attends a class or is absent without prior notice to the Admin, refunds will no longer be issued.

If a student wishes to discontinue the Online Quran Classes, it is required that they notify Online Quran Hub via our official email before the new month begins. Failure to do so will result in the full monthly fee being charged.

Should a student need to take a leave for one month or more, they must inform us in advance, before the start of the upcoming month, via email. If no prior notice is given, the full fee for that month will be applicable.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for public holidays or absences without prior notice.
