Terms and Conditions for Students and Parents
Welcome to Online Quran Hub! We are thrilled to have you as part of our learning community. Our team is dedicated to providing you with high-quality education in a positive, respectful environment with clear and transparent policies. We kindly ask that you read and follow the terms and conditions outlined below.
Class Schedule and Attendance Policy
1. Once your class schedule is confirmed, it should be adhered to consistently. Any changes should only be made in case of emergencies or if a scheduling conflict arises. Please note that frequent changes to the schedule can cause issues for the teaching staff.
2. To avoid confusion, please refrain from finalizing class schedules directly with teachers without notifying the Admin Team, as this could affect the quality and continuity of your lessons.
3. Teachers are expected to start classes on time. If a teacher is more than 5 minutes late, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp. If no notification is provided, the Academy will not be responsible for any missed lessons.
4. If you need to miss a class, please inform the Admin Team at least one hour before the scheduled lesson. Absences without prior notice will be marked as “missed,” and no make-up session will be offered.
5. Online Quran Hub reserves the right to cancel the enrollment of students who miss more than 3 classes without prior notification. Please note that in such cases, refund requests will not be considered.
6.Missed classes cannot be refunded; however, if a prior notice is provided, make-up sessions can be arranged within 30 days. After this period, no rescheduling or refunds will be allowed.
Payment Terms
1. Monthly fees are to be paid in advance, starting from the date of registration. After completing your trial lessons, you can discuss the payment plans with the Admin Team for the course of your choice. Please ensure that payments are made by the due date.
2. If you experience any issues with your payment or have concerns regarding monthly dues, please reach out to the billing department for assistance.
3. Online Quran Hub reserves the right to suspend classes if payment is overdue for more than 7 days, without any prior notice or valid reason.
4. Once classes begin in a given month, full payment for that month is required, regardless of the number of classes attended.
Security and Privacy
1. We prioritize the security and privacy of all our students and parents. Please do not share your personal contact information (such as phone number, email, or social media details) with any teachers. Online Quran Hub is not responsible for any misuse of information shared outside of official communication channels.
2. Teachers are prohibited from requesting or sharing their personal contact information. If this occurs, please inform us immediately for further action.
3. Payments and any related discussions should be handled through the Admin Team only. Please contact us if you are approached by a teacher regarding extra charges or payment matters.

Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the quality of our services. If you have any concerns, complaints, or suggestions regarding the classes, teachers, or any aspect of the learning process, we encourage you to share them with us.
